- The Cornerstone Conclave is hosted by Unali’Yi Lodge at Camp Ho Non Wah.
2022
- The Cornerstone Conclave is hosted by Itibapishe Iti Hollo Lodge at Camp John J. Barnhardt.
- The National Order of the Arrow Conference was held at the University of Knoxville in Tennessee.
2021
- The inaugural Cornerstone Conclave is hosted by Tsali Lodge at Camp Daniel Boone. Many COVID-19 precautions were in place for this event.
2020
- The Dixie Fellowship which is supposed to be hosted by Atta Kulla Kulla Lodge at Camp Old Indian is postponed to August due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The Dixie Fellowship is temporarily renamed to the Carolina Order of the Arrow Conference (COAC).
- The COVID-19 pandemic does not settle by the August backup date so the 2020 Carolina Order of the Arrow Conferece is canceled.
2019
- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Eswau Huppeday Lodge at Camp Bud Schiele
2018
- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Skyuka Lodge at Anne Springs Close Greenway.
2017
- At the start of 2017, SR-5 is ranked in the top-10 sections nationwide for Operation Arrow recruitment.
- National Vice Chief Talon Parker accepts Section Chief Matthew Watson’s invitation to join Section SR-5 Arrowmen at the 2017 Dixie Fellowship hosted at Camp Barstow.
- At the 2017 Area 5 Meeting, a new focus on building a strong relationship between Venturing and the Order of the Arrow is established by Section Chief Matthew Watson, Area 5 Venturing President Chris Silvestri, and other key Venturing leaders in attendance.
- Following Section Chief Matthew Watson’s visit to Unali’yi Lodge’s Spring Fellowship at Camp Ho Non Wah and the White House dedication in February, the section officers’ goal to visit each of the ten lodges is successfully accomplished.
- In collaboration with Section Chief Matthew Watson, Section Secretary Stuart Park, and the COC, Section Vice Chief Nick Zanzot publishes the 2016-2017 Section SR-5 Planbook.
- Section Chief Matthew Watson and Special Events Coordinator Thomas Colton form the SR-5 American Indian Outreach and Cultural Accuracy Task Force.
- A new Section SR-5 flag is unveiled at the 65th Anniversary Dixie Fellowship to be passed down from Service Lodge to Service Lodge at the conclusion of each Dixie Fellowship.
2016
- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Bob White Lodge at Knox Scout Reservation.
- The new section officers (Chief Matthew Watson, Vice Chief Nick Zanzot, and Secretary Stuart Park) prioritize visitation to the ten lodges and sending monthly email updates to the Council of Chiefs.
- The Summit Circle at SBR is dedicated with local Lodge Rocks integrated into the architecture.
- Prism is hosted at The Summit.
- NEXT: A New Century is hosted at Indiana University.
- A new Section SR-5 Website is constructed by Jay Widby, Tripp Clark, Section Secretary Stuart Park, and Section Chief Matthew Watson.
- Secretary Stuart Park unveils a new blog for the section.
- A Section Operations Guide is authored by the officers and new coordinator roles are established for the Shows Coordinator and the Special Events Coordinator.
- SR-5 has a massive presence at the 2016 AICA Powwow and along with the introduction of the Special Events Coordinator and increased promotional efforts for the Carolina’s Indian Seminar, SR-5 takes further strides to place emphasis on the importance of American Indian Activities.
- Atta Kulla Kulla Lodge constructs a Cherokee bandolier bag for the Section Chief and presents it to Matthew Watson at the 2016 AKK Fall Fellowship at Camp Old Indian.
- The Dixie Fellowship Proposal is assembled earlier than ever before and features a new design.
- As part of the proposal, the section’s first belt buckle is planned to be sold as a part of Dixie 2017 merchandise.
- Also part of the 2017 Dixie Fellowship proposal, plans are laid out for a Friday vendor expo and the section’s first Friday night Grand Fair.
- Section Secretary Stuart Park organizes the section’s first communications team.
- LINK is introduced to the Council of Chiefs by Section Chief Matthew Watson, Section Vice Chief Nick Zanzot, and Section Secretary Stuart Park. Section Vice Chief Nick Zanzot leads the effort to organize mentoring to the lodges while Secretary Stuart Park reassembles the Lodge Leader Forum.
- Also at the 2016 COC Meeting at Camp Barstow, a successful Youth Retreat, Section Seminar, and Dixie Preview are conducted.
- Section Chief Matthew Watson, working with several past SR-5 Section Chiefs, authors a new SR-5 Section Officer Oath of Office to be officially implemented at the 2017 Dixie Fellowship at Camp Barstow.
- Section Chief Matthew Watson and Section Adviser Mac McLean revise the section’s historical records.
- SR-5 Vice Chief Nick Zanzot staffs the Area Venturing event, Legacy.
- The first online registration ever for the Dixie Fellowship goes live in preparations for Dixie 2017.
- Section Secretary Stuart Park and Shows Coordinator Jakob Helderman assemble the Dixie Press Corps as a way to gather media for display at Dixie Fellowship shows.
- Section Chief Matthew Watson, Section Secretary Stuart Park, and Shows Coordinator Jakob Helderman unveil the first-ever D-PRO (Dixie Promotion) program at the 2016 Council of Chiefs meeting at Camp Barstow. It was modeled after SR-9’s successful C-PRO campaign with the goal to significantly raise interest around the section for the 2017 Dixie Fellowship.
- Section SR-5 expands its presence on social media to include Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- During 2016, all ten lodges achieve either Silver or Gold JTE status.
- At the 2016 National Planning Meeting in Dallas, Section Chief Matthew Watson is elected to serve as the Jamboree Vice Chief of the OA’s Indian Village.
2015
- The Order of the Arrow celebrates it 100th anniversary.
- ArrowTour is hosted locally at Camp Barstow with hundreds in attendance.
- The Centurion Award is introduced.
- NOAC 2015 is held at Michigan State University. At NOAC, SR-5 cleans the house with Historical Group Dance competition. 1st Place – Tsali Lodge, 2nd Place – Unali’Yi Lodge, 3rd Place – Eswau Huppeday Lodge. Authenticity Award – Unali’Yi Lodge. We also had a great showing in individual dance competition with multiple people in the top 10. Several Section Arrowmen receive honor team recognition in ceremonial competition. Muscogee Lodge once again claims the first place title in Ultimate Frisbee.
- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Catawba Lodge at Camp Belk.
- Section Vice Chief Matthew Watson leads the effort to bring back the Section Planbook.
- The Southern Region ReliefCorps effort is initiated to help with hurricane flooding in South Carolina.
- The Lodge Leader Forum is created as a means for the lodge officers in the section to have further fellowship and a forum to share best practices.

- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Unali’yi Lodge at Camp Ho Non Wah.
- The Boy Scouts of America hosts the first Jamboree at Scouting’s new high adventure base and permanent home to National Scout Jamborees, The Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve.

- NOAC 2012 is hosted at Michigan State University.
- For the first time, Chicken Dance is introduced as part of the individual dance competition.
- The Dixie Fellowship is hosted by Itibapishe Iti Hollo Lodge at Camp John J. Barnhardt.
- At the 60th Anniversary Dixie Fellowship, the Section Chief’s bonnet is presented. The bonnet was made by Dr. E.W. Rabon, past Area Chief (1958) with beadwork by James Barton, past Section Chief (1992).
