EVENT INFORMATION AND SCHEDULING
Boulder Wall:

Please note that there is a slight error in the guidelines on point number one of the boulder wall competition. It states that each lodge must provide one person to participate but each lodge can actually provide up to two participants in accordance with the second point. Therefore each lodge gets two opportunities to earn points for this event instead of one.

Also in addition to the two participants, each lodge is responsible for providing the required number of spotters stated by NCAP rules.

Please use this form for all Arrowmen who will participate in water activities and submit using this link.

JUDGE REGISTRATION

Unless specifically stated within the guidelines, lodges need to provide as many judges as it takes to run their Quest Event smoothly for the competition – not less than two. Please note that the egg toss competition is the only event requiring more than two, with five judges being required.

Substitutions are welcome but please let us know of any changes as soon as possible. You will need to provide us with the substitute judge’s email and phone number for contact.

Lodges please submit your selected judges here so we can send out judging information prior to Conclave.
