With a new year ahead, this is the prime time to take a look back at your lodge’s JTE data and plan ahead for the future. The Southern Region Order of the Arrow’s Spirit of Excellence program is designed to help lodge officers understand JTE data from previous years and succeed on their lodge’s Journey to Excellence in 2017.
During the course of the year, each Southern Region Lodge Chief, Lodge Adviser, and Lodge Staff Adviser will receive periodic email messages from the Southern Region JTE team to guide lodge leaders in their planning for JTE goals and to provide encouragement and support throughout their Journey to Excellence.
